Bylaw Archives
The Society's
bylaws are living documents that provide volunteers and staff
with legal guidelines for carrying out their duties and responsibilities
to the organization. As such, the Society must ensure that
the bylaws are reviewed regularly and modified as necessary
to reflect the changing needs of the organization over time.
