the teleconference of the Board of Directors on April 1, 2004,
the following decisions and reports were made:
Approval
of Draft Audited Financial Statements
Upon recommendation from the Audit and Investments Committee
the Board approved the draft audited financial statements
for the year ended December 31, 2003. Approval
of Auditor for 2004
Upon recommendation from the Audit and Investments Committee
the Board approved the appointment of Grant Thornton LLP as
the Society’s auditors for the fiscal year 2004.
