Leroy Banack has over 30 years of experience in the engineering and environmental consulting industry. With a technical background in hydrogeology, Leroy has successfully managed multi-million-dollar, multi-disciplinary projects across North America. Since transitioning from his technical role in 2010, he has focused on providing project management, corporate advisory, and business support services to the engineering and environmental consulting sectors through his leadership in three companies: 

• Meridus Management Inc.: Specializing in project management training and implementation. Meridus helps organizations optimize their project management practices to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• F&M Management Ltd.: Providing corporate advisory services to the engineering and environmental consulting sectors. F&M focuses on business optimization, strategic planning, ownership transitions, and M&A advisory services.
• CE3C Management Inc.: Founded in 2018, CE3C organizes an exclusive annual forum for senior executives in Canada’s environmental and engineering consulting industry, offering a platform to discuss critical issues, share insights and network.
