“The ENGINEERS who are elected to OSPE’s Board of Directors during the 2018 Board election are committed to ensuring that your profession is headed in the right direction—a direction where your work is valued, and your voice heard.”

Not all the candidates running are Engineers so non-Engineers may be elected to the board. These individuals are not part of “the profession” so how could they possibly ensure “the profession” is headed in the right direction?
