National Engineering Compensation Survey
Conducted by Mercer, The National Engineering Compensation Survey provides engineers and employers with a valuable picture of hiring trends and compensation levels across all categories and disciplines of the engineering profession.
The survey provides total cash compensation data for 180 organizations representing over 12,600 engineers across Ontario, and covers engineering responsibility levels A–F. The survey assists employers with the development of effective compensation plans for their professional engineering employees and is continually updated to reflect trends in pay administration.
