OSPE’s Board elections are your opportunity to shape the future of engineering in Ontario by choosing the leaders who will serve on OSPE’s Board of Directors.

What you need to know about OSPE’s 2025 Board Director Call for Nominations and Election
OSPE’s elections are structured to ensure a turnover of one-third of our board directors each year and therefore, there are four open positions for a three-year term. The 2025 Call for Nominations will open on January 2, 2025, and will close on January 24, 2025, at 4:30 pm. All information with respect to the Nomination and Election process, timelines, and eligibility criteria can be found under the Election Documents section below.
The All-Candidates Virtual Town Hall will take place on Wednesday March 26, 2025, at 6:30 pm. The video will be uploaded to the site following the Town Hall meeting.
Important Dates
- January 2, 2025: Nominations open
- January 24, 2025: Nominations close at 4:30pm
- March 24, 2025: Ballots and candidate information sent to members – Voting Opens
- March 26, 2025: All candidates Virtual Town Hall
- April 14, 2025: Voting closes
- May 6, 2025: OSPE Virtual Annual General Meeting
