  • Already drafting stories? Bring your drafts to the workshop so you can learn to improve them.

How It Works

Workshop A: Crafting Your CBA Stories

Learn how to identify your engineering experience and transform it into clear, compelling “stories” aligned with PEO’s 34 competencies.

What you’ll learn:

  • How to break down your engineering experience into clear, PEO’s format of structured “Situation–Action–Outcome” stories.
  • Techniques and practical tool for aligning your stories with all 34 competencies.
  • Writing strategies, templates, and hands-on exercises to improve your comfort and skills as you go.

Workshop B: Polishing Your CBA Submission

Take your drafted stories, refine them, and package your portfolio to comply with PEO’s strict “experience requirement”.

  • Tips for organizing and submitting a clear, professional CBA package.
