OSPE’s 5-year Strategic Plan charts an ambitious path forward for the engineering community. Informed by members, stakeholders, and experts, this plan was designed to meet the changing needs of both the engineering profession and the broader society it supports.

The plan focuses on four core objectives: fostering a culture that values engineering talent and eliminates bias, advocating for the rights and recognition of engineers, supporting continuous skill development and the adoption of emerging technologies, and redefining engineering in a new era.
