National Engineering Compensation Survey

The survey provides total cash compensation data for 180 organizations representing over 12,600 engineers across Ontario, and covers engineering responsibility levels A–F. The survey assists employers with the development of effective compensation plans for their professional engineering employees and is continually updated to reflect trends in pay administration.
