OSPE’s Professional Development Program for employers reaches a milestone in 2015

Professional Development

2015 was a stellar year for OSPE in terms of professional development (PD). OSPE facilitated a total of 10 customized onsite PD courses for engineering employers across Ontario to deliver organization-specific learning content.

Employers have been turning to OSPE to fulfill their internal PD requirements and to close the internal skills gaps that have been identified by their Human Resource executives. Business improvement skills, project management skills, Building Code PD and learning events that support organizations’ EIT’s in obtaining their P.Eng. licence are all in high demand among employers.

OSPE is prepared to meet this growing demand in 2016, with over 15 customized professional development courses already on the horizon.
