OSPE’s Annual General Meeting
OSPE’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held in accordance with our Bylaws on an annual basis. This year, it was held virtually on Wednesday, May 6 at 6:00 PM. Members and guests who attended the meeting got a chance to celebrate OSPE’s advocacy wins of 2025, recognize incoming and outgoing Board Directors, and conduct official OSPE business.

Call for Member Motions OSPE 2026 AGM
As part of our commitment to transparency and member engagement, and in accordance with the requirements of the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (ONCA), we are inviting members to submit motions for consideration at our 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM).
If you wish to bring forward a motion, please submit it in writing by Friday, January 23, 2026.
Your submission should include:
- Your full name and membership number
- A clear statement of the proposed motion
- Any supporting rationale or background information you would like included
Motions must be received by the deadline to ensure they can be reviewed and circulated to the membership in advance of the AGM, as required under ONCA.
