DiversfySTEM Microlearning Tool
Based on the recommendations that came out of OSPE’s “Breaking Barriers for Women in STEM” project research and report, DiversifySTEM is a microlearning tool that delivers bite-sized, actionable lessons to promote diversity and cultural change in STEM workplaces.

Women and caregivers in STEM often struggle to balance work and family. OSPE, with Women and Gender Equality Canada, is launching a three-year initiative to promote flexible work models.
Sustainable Procurement
OSPE advocates for equity, diversity, and inclusion in engineering by modernizing public procurement practices to raise industry standards. By integrating EDI principles into processes like Qualifications-Based Selection, OSPE aims to create opportunities for underrepresented groups and foster systemic change in engineering services.
