Working from Home: Are You Staying Productive?

working from home fi

Working successfully from home is not as simple as plunking your laptop onto your dining room table and opening up Outlook. While it may seem like it’s only a one step process, the truth is, to achieve the full level of concentration and dedication you would at your workplace, there’s a few steps to take.

OSPE is proud to present a free webinar hosted by Barbara Ann Sharon, the Chief Learning Officer at Training Edge. Sharon is a multifaceted teacher whose areas of experience are varied: Leadership, Teamwork, Change Management, Conflict Management, Performance Consulting, Communication Skills & Problem Solving, and Organizational Effectiveness.

From 5PM-7PM, on Thursday, March 26th, you will be able to join Sharon in the online portal. Objectives of the course include:

  • recognizing the difference between “true” and “fake” productivity
  • improving focus
  • staying connected with co-workers

Sharon will discuss and train in how to simulate immersion, create focus, and manage stress and anxiety from working in isolation. At the end of the session, students will be given materials they can take forward and utilize in their daily work.
