On March 25th, all OSPE members will receive an e-mail from BigPulse. OSPE relies on this third-party supplier to conduct our annual Board of Directors elections.
These messages are not spam.
Once you receive your message from BigPulse, the voting period is officially open. Here is everything you need to know:
Review the Election Package
Your first BigPulse email will include:
- All voting materials, including the election package
- Your digital election ballot
- Online voting instructions
Attend the All-Candidates Virtual Town Hall (Optional)
Get to know your 2024 Board Candidates.
All candidate profiles are available online, but if you’d like to hear more from the candidates and ask them your questions, join us for OSPE’s All-Candidate Virtual Town Hall on March 27 at 6:30 PM.
Cast Your Vote
Voting will be open online between March 25 and April 15.
In the first email you get from BigPulse, you will receive a unique number/password and instructions to submit your vote online. This password is only valid for one use.
Elected Board Members Announced at the Annual General Meeting
OSPE’s 2024 AGM will be held on Tuesday, May 7 at 6:00pm.
The new board members will be publicly announced during this meeting.
