What you need to know about OSPE’s 2026 Board Director Call for Nominations and Election

OSPE’s elections are structured to ensure a turnover of one-third of our board directors each year and therefore, there are four open positions for a three-year term. All information with respect to the Nomination and Election process, timelines, and eligibility criteria can be found under the Election Documents section below.

The engineers who are elected to OSPE’s Board of Directors are committed to ensuring that your profession is headed in the right direction – a direction where your work is valued, and your voice heard. The results of the Board of Directors election will be announced at OSPE’s Virtual Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, May 6, 2025. Click here to register.

Election packages and the Notice of Meeting for the OSPE Annual General Meeting will be sent out on Monday, March 23, 2026 via our third party elections provider, BigPulse. At this time, all OSPE Regular Members in good standing who have provided a valid email address will instantly receive their required election material.

Voting is done online and must be submitted by Monday, April 13, 2026, at 11:59 PM. The results of the Board of Directors election will be announced on our website and social media channels on Friday, April 24, 2026.
